In the May 29 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Will didn’t walk into a typical office setting. He walked straight into the lion’s den. The Forresters wanted to speak to him about punching R.J. The golden boy wanted Will fired, even though their fight took place outside office hours.

Key Takeaways

  • R.J. couldn’t get over the fact that Will punched him out.
  • R.J. demanded that Ridge have Will fired from Forrester Creations.
  • Ridge assured his son that he would speak to Will regarding the matter.

R.J. Milks a New Opportunity

No, R.J. (Brayan Nicolleti) didn’t seek a new opportunity at Forrester Creations. He still milked the fact that Will (Crew Morrow) sucker punched him in the gut. R.J. felt the blows of the previous night.

R.J. met with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) the following day in the CEO’s office. Meanwhile, Finn (Tanner Novlan) observed R.J.’s bruise and advised the next steps. There were mumblings of pressing charges.

Brooke didn’t believe that Katie (Heather Tom) would raise a violent son. Ridge noted that they’ve never gotten along, so it wasn’t new. Carter suggested that the punch was grounds for dismissal. However, their fight took place at Bikini Beach Club, not at Forrester Creations.

Will Gets Interrogated

While R.J. was steamed, Will rode high off his night with Electra (Laneya Grace). Not only did they get back together, but she also agreed to move in. He entered the CEO’s office and noticed that everyone was in the same room. Ridge mentioned that they had to talk about what happened last night.

Will assumed it had to do with his relationship. R.J. was shocked to learn that Electra agreed to move in with Will. Not only did he have a bruised rib, but he also had a bruised ego.

Will reminded R.J. they were never going to be apart. R.J. did what he did the night before. He riled up Will and instigated a fight between them. But Ridge wanted to know what happened.

Did Will Assault R.J.?

Ridge told Will that he had assaulted his son. But did Will really assault R.J.? He punched him in the stomach before walking away. Will didn’t beat R.J. up. Sure, he shouldn’t have resorted to violence, but some fans would argue that it was warranted in this case.

But that’s not the only thing that happened. In that moment, Will found out he had been fired. Ridge said they couldn’t have the kind of violence at the company. R.J. told Will to pack up his things and leave the facility.

What will happen next? Could Will end up working at Logan, despite how he feels about his family’s company? Will he get revenge on R.J.? How will their feud come to blows?
