The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, January 3, 2020, features trouble brewing for Thomas. His scheme wasn’t fooling everyone and those who saw through it were rising up.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights

Hope (Annika Noelle) got a surprise when Bill (Don Diamont) showed up at the cottage. He was there to see Beth, he claimed. However, it wasn’t long before he asked her what was really going on with Thomas (Matthew Atkinson).

Hope did her best to assure Bill everything was on the up and up but he wasn’t convinced. He’s known men like Thomas and how dangerous they can be (in fact, he was much like the baddie at one time). Dollar Bill made a solemn promise to protect his family against Thomas, even little Douglas.

Team Thomas

Meanwhile, Shauna (Denise Richards) called Thomas out. The pair of lovesick scammers shared their plans to win who they want, and they had many of the same goals. They agreed to work together once again. Maybe if they team up, they will both come out on top.

Zoe (Kiara Barnes) was in the hot seat when she showed up at the cliff house. Steffy and Liam demanded answers and she gave them, at least her version of the truth. She claimed to be Thomas’s new obsession and assured Steffy all would be well from now on. To her credit, this truly was the way she saw things.

Stay Away

Thankfully, Liam (Scott Clifton) wasn’t buying it. He made a beeline for the design office to have it out with Thomas. The men faced off in a fiery battle full of insults and threats.

Liam made it perfectly clear Thomas was to keep his hands off Hope. Of course, Thomas would do no such thing. He made it known Hope was fair game, especially since there still wasn’t a ring on her finger.

Blinded By Loyalty

Across the hall, Steffy met up with Hope and they talked about Terrible Tom. Was Hope still okay using him as a designer? Did she feel comfortable being close to him? It was evident Thomas had the women convinced as they agreed he was no longer a threat. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
