The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) recap for Monday, December 18 features “good news” that everyone was talking about.
Liam Beamed With Pride
Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) guilt bubbled over as Liam (Scott Clifton) got more and more excited about “their” baby. He’s already one proud papa and his happiness was overwhelming.
Steffy Suffered in Silence
Deep down, Steffy knows this may not be her husband’s miracle and the truth will destroy him. Liam’s already attached to the upcoming bundle of joy and it’s hurting her deep in her soul.
Bill’s Misery Deepened
Meanwhile, at Spencer, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) tried to coax his dad out of his funk but his efforts were for nothing. Bill’s (Don Diamont) misery over losing Steffy had him obsessing about their night together. She’s an incredible woman and he just let it go.
While Bill was pining for Steffy, his ex-wife was making plans for her future. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) couldn’t be more excited about her engagement but put marriage plans on hold, at least for now.
Her divorce isn’t even settled yet, and until it is, she doesn’t even want to wear Ridge’s ring.
Thorne Threatened Ridge’s Happiness
While Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) was understanding, it does make things seem way less official. In fact, Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) took her lack of jewelry almost as a challenge and he vowed to show Brooke he’s the better man.
Allies Rallied Against Ridge
Thorne isn’t the only one who thinks Ridge is a bad idea. After finally finding out about the affair with Quinn (Rena Sofer), Rick (Jacob Young) lost all respect too. As far as he’s concerned, Ridge is toxic through and through and Brooke doesn’t deserve someone who’ll surely hurt her in the end.
