She’s been a heroine on The Bold and the Beautiful since the CBS serial premiered. Many men have loved her, but her heart has truly belonged to just one — Ridge!
Now, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) relationship is on the rocks, given conflicts over the couple’s respective children, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope (Annika Noelle).
Brooke and Ridge’s love will ultimately prevail — or will it? He is the man for her? Or isn’t he? Soap Hub asked BB fans to choose the right man for Brooke. Read on to see the results!
Ridge Over Troubled Waters
Sure, Ridge and Brooke are having trouble now, but 52% of you feel that Ridge is the man for Brooke. She’s been in love with him since before they ever met. Brooke’s battled rivals for Ridge’s love, but, ironically, it’s not Taylor (Hunter Tylo) or Shauna (Denise Richards), who’s the biggest obstacle in the couple’s relationship. It’s Ridge’s blind loyalty to Thomas that’s the problem!
Hope’s Dad For The Future
Deacon (Sean Kanan) came in second with 15% of your vote, which is impressive since he’s not even on the canvas right now. As Brooke is fighting for her daughter’s safety, it’d only make sense to see Hope’s father return to the scene. Brooke was so drawn to Deacon, she betrayed her own daughter, Bridget (Ashley Jones). If he were to come back, surely, sparks would fly once more!
Alternative Love Interests
Other men from Brooke’s past, Bill (Don Diamont), Thorne (Ingo Rademacher; Winsor Harmon) and Eric (John McCook) also ranked in this poll, earning, respectively, almost 11%, 7%, and 6% of your votes. While Brooke has had feelings for each of these guys, it’s not the best time for them to be with her. Bill’s committed to Katie (Heather Tom), currently. Thorne’s not in Los Angeles. Eric is wed to Quinn (Rena Sofer).
The remaining voters, 9%, suggested she find someone else. Will that happen? Or will a man from Brooke’s past make the moves on her while she’s on the outs with Ridge? Stay tuned to find out! The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
