Bill and Kate have been simmering a bit on the backburner on The Bold and the Beautiful since she got her kidney transplant. It’s time they take center stage once more but in what capacity?
Soap Hub asked BB fans what they’d like to see happen next for the fan-favorite duo. Read on for the results!
The Bold and the Beautiful: Wedded Bliss
While marriage may be death for a couple on soaps (in that duos who are happily wed don’t have conflict and therefore no story), the majority of you, over 73%, say you want to see Katie (Heather Tom) and Bill (Don Diamont) get married.
The best part of these two getting hitched is that the wedding would likely not take place in the landmark Forrester mansion, which seems to be the locale for most weddings on the show. Perhaps BB could spring for a remote and get Katie and Bill out in the fresh air as they re-tie the knot?

Baby, Maybe?
Just under 20% of you would like to see Katie and Bill have another baby, giving Will (Finnegan George) a sibling. As Katie has a new heart and a new kidney, she might not be the best candidate to carry a baby to term.
A surrogate, on one hand, would solve one problem, but traditionally, on soaps, surrogates tend to complicate things too! Even though she also has just one kidney, too, Flo (Katrina Bowden) would make a dramatic candidate.
Affairs of the Heart
The rest of you, around 7%, would love to see either Bill or Katie have a romantic fling that would cause conflict in the happy couple’s reunion. While Bill has never had problems finding female company, it might be interesting to see Katie be the one to stray.
There aren’t many eligible men on the show, but fans are aware that Katie and Wyatt (Darin Brooks), Bill’s son, never really got full closure after breaking up a while ago. Maybe there’s some story to be mined there? The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
