The Bold and the Beautiful is heading off on a Roman adventure that’s set to air June 16 through June 26. Storywise, the soap will unveil Hope for the Future’s latest couture collection. But the trip will focus on much more than fabulous fashion and gorgeous on-location visuals of Italy. Here’s what else viewers can expect from the splashy shoot.
Bold and the Beautiful: Forbidden Fling?
Hope’s (Annika Noelle) fantasies about Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) have intensified ahead of this trip. She recently daydreamed about the two of them having sex in Rome. Although Hope seems determined not to give in to temptation, she could get whisked up in the allure of The City of Eternal Love and totally take leave of her senses. It could lead to a forbidden fling with Thomas. That is, unless, in a crazy twist of fate, he steps up, puts the brakes on, and keeps Hope from crossing the line.
Meanwhile, after agonizing about his wife and Thomas being in Rome together, Liam (Scott Clifton) decides to do something about it, as in hop on a plane and hightail it over to Italy. It’s likely one of three things will happen. His arrival could snap Hope back to reality and make her realize how much she loves her husband, making the Rome romance all about them. Or Liam could show up, witness Hope’s affection for his rival or, worse yet, find her and Thomas in a compromising position, blowing up Hope and Liam’s happy marriage.

B&B: Romantic Reunion
After ending her friendship with Taylor (Krista Allen), Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) has been all in regarding reconciling with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). She’s made her feelings crystal clear – she wants her soulmate back. So she takes matters into her own hands and joins the Forrester team in Rome.
That decision will inevitably set the stage for a “Bridge” reunion. Actress Katherine Kelly Lang has already posted romantic photos of The Bold and the Beautiful duo in Rome on her Instagram account. And video footage from the location shoot seemingly reveals the couple all smiles and cuddling together as they stroll through the city streets.
Bold and the Beautiful: A Private Performance
While in Rome, Brooke will also take another step toward securing her romantic future with Ridge. According to People magazine, she’ll get beloved tenor Andrea Bocelli to serenade her and Ridge with his song, A Te (that’s To You in English). Brooke arranges the private concert via her friend, Veronica, who is the opera singer’s real-life wife. If that doesn’t set the mood for the pair to recommit to one another, nothing will.
