The Bold and the Beautiful’s Denise Richards Returns to Spain for Glow & Darkness

Quinn is finally getting her wish — sort of. While Shauna is still a guest in her home, the Forrester mansion, her portrayer, Denise Richards has moved out, so to speak. According to Richards’ Instagram page, she’s back in Madrid, Spain working on her nighttime international series Glow & Darkness.

“Room service at 3:30 am, big bowl of pasta starving…” Richards posted on Instagram, “long day shooting. Couldn’t wait until morning for breakfast. #glowanddarkness.”

As previously reported, Richards is playing Countess Champagne in Glow & Darkness, which tells the life story of St. Francis of Assisi. Other cast members include Jane Seymour (Live and Let Die), Bruce Davison (X-Men), and Joan Collins (Dynasty). No word yet on when the series will be released or if it will be available to be seen in the U.S.

While Richards may be out of Los Angeles for the time being, Shauna’s place in the guest house of the Forrester mansion remains intact. BB fans may be wondering if Shauna will be successful in getting Eric (John McCook) to give Quinn another chance (goodness knows, he gave his late wife Stephanie, played by Susan Flannery, numerous chances) or if Shauna and Eric might embark on a romance themselves!

Shauna wouldn’t be the first woman that Eric and Ridge fell for — they both married Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) more than once each! Might we someday see Shauna’s portrait over the Forrester living room fireplace or will Quinn’s picture remain there? Another option, if Quinn’s painting is taken down, is Eric replacing it with Stephanie’s old portrait? That painting last made an appearance at Brooke and Ridge’s most-recent wedding.

Richards remains one of show business’s busiest stars. Yes, she wrapped up her run on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills but she’s continuing on with BB and Glow & Darkness.

According to her IMDB, her other upcoming credits include Among the Ashes, Timecrafters: The Treasure of Pirate’s Cove, Saturday at the Starlight, and Paper Empire. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
