DAYS Derailed

Canadian viewers were dealt a blow when Eastlink cable reported they would lose access to The W network, which airs Days of our Lives. Fortunately, fans can still catch the soap on Peacock via the Global TV app, however, episodes will be behind a day.

The Young and the Restless: Ashby Speaks Out

Linden Ashby, who’s back at The Young and the Restless as psychopath Cameron Kirsten, chatted with Soap Hub weekly news about his second stint on the show, which will include a quick “interaction” his real-life wife, Susan Walters (Diane). The actor also shared his secrets for staying fit in the latest installment of Wellness Wednesday.

General Hospital: Bury That Villain

GH father and son duo Charles Shaughnessy (ex-Victor) and James Patrick Stuart (Valentin) reunited for a fan event hosted by Coastal Entertainment. The pair weighed in on Shaughnessy’s dastardly villain and why even he wanted the character buried.

Stuart also recalled a special memory of the late Phil Hartman, who starred on Saturday Night Live and voiced characters on The Simpsons. Apparently, he met the late actor at the tender age of six.

A Serious Subject

On Maurice Benard’s (Sonny, GH) latest episode of State Of Mind, he sat down with two-time mom and social influencer, Dani Bates. The duo discussed the loss of her husband, Denny, to suicide and how she used social media to find healing and help others.

The Bold and the Beautiful: Double Bridgets

The Bold and the Beautiful’s Bridgets present and past, Ashley Jones, who recurs in the role, and Jennifer Finnigan, who won three Daytime Emmys for her portrayal of the character, were both on hand for a charity gala benefiting the late John Ritter. Check out what happened when the two actresses met up.

Great Scott

Scott Clifton (Liam, The Bold and the Beautiful) issued a warning to his followers about imposters claiming to be him on social media. Check out what he had to say on Soap Hub weekly news.
