Secrets, Exotic Remotes, And More As Tanner Novlan Guests On BOLD LIVE

The Bold and the Beautiful’s supervising producer Casey Kasprzyk hosts a YouTube show called BOLD LIVE and this week he welcomed Tanner Novlan, who plays Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan, to the broadcast. He shared his thoughts on recent happenings as well as future endeavors for his beloved character.

Novlan was overwhelmed by the fan reaction to Finn’s supposed death and he appreciated the support from SINN lovers. He shared that head writer Brad Bell explained quickly he wouldn’t really be dead but the insecure actor in him still worried and appreciated the fans letting their feelings on the subject be known. “I hope he comes back,” said Novlan of how he felt after learning of the story twist. “To see the outpouring of support really helped to assure me of that.”

Novlan loves the fighter in Finn and while he’s currently seen fighting for his life, there’s a lot of drama going on around him. “If he wakes up, boy, he’s going to have a different opinion of Sheila [Carter; Kimberlin Brown],” he laughed. “We’ll see.”

Kasprzyk pointed out he may have a different opinion of his mother Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), as well. “Yeah, absolutely,” concurred Novlan. “Although Li…I really like where Brad went with Li and her character. She’s a lot like Finn. I see where he gets it from. She will do anything for her family.”

That’s for sure — and she’ll have the chance to prove that as upcoming B&B spoilers tease Sheila and Li facing off. Kasprzyk also revealed that there’s another exciting remote in the future — and Finn will get to be a part of it! The show will be going to Monte Carlo.
