Who’s coming, and who’s going from The Bold and the Beautiful? Are any of your favorite performers from yesteryear returning to the daytime drama, this week, or in the not-too-far-off future?

The Bold and the Beautiful C&G News

Have any new actors or actresses been cast on the show in contract, recurring, or day-player roles? Are any well-remembered or beloved stars from other soaps, past or present, about to join The Bold and the Beautiful fold in surprise new parts?  Here’s the latest casting news from the CBS soap.

The week of October 31, 2022

Patrick Duffy is slated to return to the soap as Stephen Logan, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), and Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) father, in late November. The actor originally played the role from 2006 to 2011.

Duffy won’t be joining B&B alone. His real-life girlfriend Linda Purl, last seen as Peyton Honeycutt on General Hospital, will also be joining him as Stephen’s new girlfriend.

Meanwhile, The Young and the Restless’ Tracey Bregman is crossing over to her CBS sister soap as Lauren Fenmore Baldwin. She’ll share scenes with John McCook’s Eric Forrester this week.

A trio of contestants from Big Brother 24 will be appearing on Wednesday, November 2, and Thursday, November 3. Joseph Abdin and Monte Taylor Hill will portray reporters Sid and Del. Meanwhile, Taylor Hale plays Mackenzie, a model.

Darin Brooks pops back in as Wyatt Spencer on Thursday, November 3. He’ll interact with his TV dad, Don Diamont, who plays Bill Spencer.

After a long break, Aaron D. Spears returns to the soap as Justin Barber. He’ll begin airing on Tuesday, November 1.

Last, but not least, Hollis W. Chambers portrays Paul, Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) co-worker at Il Giardino. He’ll be part of the show’s special Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) episode, airing on Halloween.

The Bold and the Beautiful History

B&B made its debut in 1987 and introduced glitz and glamor to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, three decades of storylines with the backdrop of the fashion world setting the stage for epic romances have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.

From the first decades with Stephanie Forrester’s (Susan Flannery) iron grip on her family to Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) evil schemes to the epic love story of Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) that continues to this day, B&B knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more.
