Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) feels the weight of the world on her shoulders as she questions all the goings-on since Eric (John McCook) came to the hospital. Her world crashed that day, and all their lives keep taking turn after turn as the Forresters fight to save him. (Relive Stephanie coming to welcome Eric home here.)

Full Of Regrets 

Steffy finds herself second-guessing the decisions she’d made. Does this have to do with pushing for Eric to go into surgery? She trusts Finn (Tanner Novlan) and knows he did his absolute best, but was it enough? Is her granddad suffering instead of making his way to the light peacefully? 

Is this regret about something else? It wasn’t too long ago she was given the option to rewind her love life and reclaim Liam (Scott Clifton). Does she fear she picked the wrong man? If so, this could get interesting.
