Over at the prison, Deacon (Sean Kanan) keeps Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) entertained with a walk down Memory Lane. Before long, those remember-whens will turn into what ifs. What if Sheila didn’t do what she did? What if she was a good person? Would Deacon want her if she was nice as pie? Hmm..too bad we’ll never know…or will we?
What’s better than getting over the heartbreak of being left by your husband because you cheated? Well, obviously it’s being with the guy who you risked everything for! That’s what Hope is…hoping to do. She’s throwing caution to the wind and letting this ride sweep her away.
To heck with social norms! Who cares if Thomas has played the villain in her life for years and years? Let’s forget this is a rebound, and Hope just wants someone to love her and only her. Hope is ready for this, she says. She means it, she says.
We can only imagine what is going through Thomas’s (Matthew Atkinson) head right now. Is this the victory to end all love victories? He got over the girl and then got the girl without even trying. That’s got to be a record. But, if he really thought about it, does he want to live the rest of his life knowing Hope is only with him because Liam (Scott Clifton) dumped her?
