What if the reason Grace (Cassandra Creech) is so upset with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) is that he made Zoe Buckingham a mother? Could Zoe have gotten pregnant just before leaving Los Angeles and birthed her child without telling anyone in her former town?

And, what if Zoe was unable to keep the baby? She left to start the next step of her career only to find herself with child. The poor young lady would have called her mother in a panic and begged for help. So, Grace helped…by keeping this whole mess to herself. Why bother calling Carter when they both knew he was bedding Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer) at the time and had no intentions of stopping?

Now, Zoe is overseas with her little one all alone. She lost her rising star fame at the prestigious fashion house and her romance with Carter, but she is raising her love child all on her own and is happy with being a single mom. This secret runs so deep they didn’t even tell Paris Buckingham (Diamond White). They couldn’t risk news getting back to Carter, or the Forresters for that matter.
