B&B spoilers for August 29 – September 2, 2022, focus on multiple showdowns between the Logans and the Forresters, a love story taking a turn, and a madwoman struggling to stay in character.
Is Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) true and genuine in his pursuit to be a better parent? Does he really just want to spend more time with his son and be a good dad? Or, is something lurking under the surface? Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) is convinced there is more to this story.
Hope even outright accuses Thomas of using Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) for his own gain! Oh yes, she thinks he’s putting his own desires above what’s best for their son. How dare he?! Is she out of line? Maybe. Will that stop her? Nope.
As if that’s not enough drama, Hope officially meets his dad’s new lady friend. Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) dons her disguise and does her best to fool Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) very keen daughter. Hope is a smart lady, so surely she’ll figure it out, right? Wrong!
Oh sure, there’s someone eerily familiar about this boisterous lady, but Hope just can’t put her finger on it. It seems Sheila’s new persona is, in fact, fooling just about everyone. She better keep her wits about her and her story straight, though. One wrong move and this fiasco will fall apart.
Meanwhile, Quinn Fuller soon-to-not-be Forrester (Rena Sofer) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) get honest about their romance. They are a couple truly and completely in love, but is there really a future here?
Will Carter be happy creating a marriage but not a family of his own? Is Quinn willing (and able) to give Carter all he deserves? They say true love always wins, but sometimes love just isn’t enough.
It’s battle time for Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). Things get messy when these throw more than just stones. Just wait until you see how Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) deals with the drama.
It should come as no surprise that warring mothers lead to fighting daughters. Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope also have it out.
