On the Thursday, February 6 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Finn lashed out at Poppy for keeping his daughter out of his life. He believes that Luna could’ve had a stable life with two loving parents. But did he take things too far by mommy-shaming Poppy?

Finn’s Rage Takes Center Stage

Understandably, Finn (Tanner Novlan) isn’t happy. Poppy (Romy Park) kept a big secret from him that could’ve changed the trajectory of his life. Finn has a stable marriage, an adorable family, and a successful career. But what would his wife think now that Luna (Lisa Yamada) is confirmed to be his daughter? She would leave him in a heartbeat.

Poppy kept this secret from him for 20 years. Finn argued that he had every right to know. He deserved to get to know his daughter. Finn doesn’t care if he was too young to have a kid. In his head, he would’ve helped Luna not become the murderer she is today. (But Dark Finn could rise out of this daddy drama.) Poppy argued that she didn’t want to rob him of a life and career. Then, Finn blamed Poppy for having a murderer for a daughter.

Is Poppy To Blame?

That comment was harsh. But it couldn’t be further from the truth. Luna didn’t turn out the way that Poppy anticipated. But should she be blamed for the way her daughter is? It’s not like Luna had a terrible childhood. Her mom did the best she could.

However, Luna feels that she could’ve had a stable environment. She claims that childhood trauma is the reason why she committed those horrible crimes. However, we also know that Luna doesn’t feel true remorse for her actions. She acts like she’s entitled to the good life. That’s not entirely Poppy’s fault since she’s the exact opposite of her daughter. Luna’s bloodline is the reason why she is the way she is. (We’d love to see Luna team up with her grandmother, Sheila Carter.)
