The Bold and the Beautiful recaps for June 5 – June 9, 2023, featured several characters put on the spot, actions put under a microscope, and much more.
Taylor (Krista Allen) attempts to defer any blame for her machinations and instead threw Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) plethora of bad choices in her face… Eric (John McCook) made it crystal clear that he was Team Brooke and sick and tired of people congregating in his office and sitting in his chair… Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) referees a shoving match between Taylor and Brooke.
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) subjects Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) to another barrage of questions concerning his relationship [or lack thereof] with Hope (Annika Noelle). He fails to pick up Steffy’s hints that it’s actually Hope’s feelings that concern her greatly… Brooke and Taylor call their friendship quits and the former makes her intentions towards Ridge clear.
Despite Brooke’s best efforts, Ridge seems more inclined to forgo a reunion… Taylor bemoans her recent doings…Hope and Thomas agree to let the familial drama pass them by. Later, the two share a fraught moment.
Liam (Scott Clifton) expresses misgivings about Hope and Thomas being in such close proximity. An uninterested Hope shuts him down… Taylor and Ridge questioned their son about Hope’s actions when they are alone together… Thomas opines to Hope that the upcoming sojourn to Rome could change their lives.
Ridge boasts about how far Thomas has come… Brooke’s implication that she and Thomas need a chaperone rankles Hope…Wyatt (Darin Brooks) tries to interject some logic into Liam’s anti-Thomas ramblings…Thoughts of tantalizing Thomas danced in Hope’s head.
