This Day In Bold and the Beautiful History: The Recap For June 28, 2019

In this retro Bold and the Beautiful recap, originally penned by Amber Sinclair, it’s June 28, 2019, and Thomas Forrester is about to do something absolutely despicable…and no, it’s not let Hope Logan think she pushed him into a vat of acid. That will come later. Much later. This is just run-of-the-mill crazy.

Bold and the Beautiful Retro Recap Highlights

Hope’s (Annika Noelle) entire world fell apart around her when she realized how crazy she sounded. Not only did she call Phoebe “Beth,” but she did it multiple times. In horror, she handed the baby back and apologized profusely.

Of course, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) were more concerned about Hope than anything else. She was clearly in pain and the stress, tension, and grief were getting to her greatly. Liam pulled her aside for a heart-to-heart and gave her a shoulder to lean on.

The heartbreaking moment left everyone on edge, though. The event became less of a party and more of a rescue mission to bring Hope back to reality. Unfortunately, only one person in the room knew she was right but he was not speaking up.

The get-together came to an end but Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) made sure Liam’s good time was just about to begin. He drugged Liam’s drink and made sure he drank it right up.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) barely had time to collect her things before Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) was handing her key away. He gave it to Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) and asked her to move in ASAP. Flo was speechless but not for long!

Flo quickly made up her mind when Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) came a-knocking and talked her into taking the leap. In the long run, it all works out for the best. In the short term…not so much. Sally did not like getting the heave-ho. 

Shauna broke the news she decided to go back home. Flo’s life is here but hers is not. Don’t worry, though, she’ll make sure to visit often. And she does…for a time. She also comes oh so close to becoming Mrs. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Too bad Ridge wasn’t actually divorced from Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). Don’t you just hate when that happens?
