On today’s The Bold and the Beautiful episode, Liam Spencer expressed his misgivings about Hope and Thomas being in such close proximity [AGAIN] only to be shot down by his uninterested missus.
In addition, Taylor (Krista Allen) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) questioned their son about Hope’s actions when they are alone together. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.
At their forest abode, Liam (Scott Clifton) and Hope (Annika Noelle) engaged in yet another lively debate about Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). As per usual, Liam complained about the time they are spending together, he especially bemoaned the fact that the two would be traveling together to Rome for the upcoming preview.
Hope complained that her husband wasn’t trusting her or her judgment, prompting Liam to assure that he trusts her — it’s Thomas he has the issue with. Hope For The Future is Hope’s line, Hope’s baby. Thomas doesn’t need to be there.
But he does, argued Hope. Thomas is the lead designer. Lead designers are always at these shows. But this is a very unique and really weird [not to mention complicated] situation, pointed out Liam.

Hope bellowed that Thomas was THE one and only designer in the whole of the business who could interpret her vision successfully — and as such, he gets to reap the benefits of his creative genius.
Liam still pressed, and Hope pushed back just as hard. She argued that since she works with Thomas day in and day out, she trusts him implicitly and has come to see all the effort he’s putting into becoming a better man. And she can’t punish him just to please Liam. What’s more, she doesn’t want to. So there!
Meanwhile, at Forrester Creations, preparations were underway for the jaunt Rome — but amidst the planning, trouble abounded, namely, Taylor (Krista Allen) and Ridge’s concern about Hope and Thomas being in such a romantic city together.
Once alone with their son, Mom and Pops revealed to him that the fashion house was abuzz with gossip that Hope might have feelings for him. “Feeling feelings.” Thomas was incredulous…and suspicious. Was this coming from Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood)? Because for weeks now she’s been singularly focused on the things that Hope has been doing wrong.
Ridge and Taylor assured Thomas that Steffy was merely looking out for him and wondered if perhaps there had been any instances of Hope leading him on or, at the very least, giving him the wrong impression. Despite many moments fitting the bill, Thomas denied the charge.
Later, Hope arrived at work and complained to Thomas about Liam’s concerns. Thomas [again] granted that Liam has every right to his opinion/feelings and suggested that perhaps their handling of the upcoming showing would finally prove to him [and everyone] that what’s in the past is in the past. “This trip, Hope, it could change our lives.”
