Li Warns Finn About Poppy As She Lands Bill

In The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, January 22, 2024, Bill and Poppy grew closer at the beach house while Li cautioned Finn about her sister’s penchant for landing older, wealthy men.

Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights

In addition, Luna put a stop to her close and personal time with RJ after she got a bad feeling. And Thomas and Steffy bonded over Eric being out of the hospital. Now let’s dig into the details of what went down.

Beach House Interruptus

Bill (Don Diamont) and Poppy (Romy Park) enjoyed time alone in the primary bedroom of the beach house. Elsewhere in the same house, RJ (Joshua Hoffman) and Luna (Lisa Yamada) savored being alone. Little did they know.

Both couples grew closer and closer until Luna and Poppy stopped the action in their respective areas of the beach house. Luna mentioned something feeling wrong, while Poppy said she could hear voices in the other room, possibly her daughter.

Bill refused to believe Luna was out there. So he decided to find out for himself. He texted Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and, yes, it turned out Wyatt rented the house to RJ. This didn’t please Poppy. In fact, she started freaking out. She clearly didn’t want her daughter to know she was there.

Hospital Chats

In Finn’s office, Li (Naomi Matsuda) said she was proud of her boy, the fact that he helped Eric (John McCook) get better. Finn (Tanner Novlan), in return, appreciated his mom’s support. But he felt Li needed to take that same support and put it towards Luna and Poppy.

Finn couldn’t understand why she couldn’t get along with her sister. When he called Poppy “sweet,” Li begged to differ. He felt his mom was punishing her sister for something that happened years ago.

Unfortunately, Li didn’t think Poppy could ever change. Her modus operandi was that Poppy liked the company of older, wealthy men. And that’s why she put her sister on notice and told her to get out of town. There was no calming down. Li claimed she was doing this all in the name of protecting her family.

Sibling Drama Hiatus

At Forrester Creations, Thomas and Steffy enjoyed a brief reprieve where they barely talked about Thomas’s relationship with Hope. Instead, they talked about Eric being better, and on top of that, they talked about Finn.

Thomas let his sister know that even though he and Finn had issues as of late, he knew what his brother-in-law did. That he saved Finn and without him, his grandad wouldn’t be at home recuperating.

Steffy admitted to him that Finn didn’t want to take credit for saving Grandad. Even so, Thomas sent a message with Steffy when she saw Finn at the hospital. He wanted her to tell Finn he appreciated everything he did for Grandad.

Appreciation and Devotion

Later, at the hospital, Steffy and Finn talked about Eric and how happy the family was. Steffy loved how Finn saved Eric just like Finn saved her all those years ago.

A montage of Finn and Steffy moments played while Steffy raved about how Finn never gave up on her. He proved to her that nothing was impossible. She was so grateful for their life together.
