In The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, January 19, 2024, Wyatt wasn’t gone long from the Malibu beach house before it was inundated with visitors.
Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
In addition, Bill and Poppy continued their date after leaving Il Giardino. And Eric spent time with his family at home. Let’s dig into the details of what went down.
Ridge Finally Gets His Answer
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) still needed to know if he made the right decision. He needed to hear if his choosing to fight for his dad’s life was good with his dad. And, finally, Eric (John McCook) let his son off the hook. While the other place he saw, the one with Stephanie (Susan Flannery), was wonderful, he was happy to be back with his family.
Suddenly, Zende (Delon de Metz, who’s interviewed here) rushed in and reconnected with his grandad who told him he appreciated him coming to the hospital, that it lifted his spirts. Zende wanted Eric to know that next to his dad, Eric’s the one he admired the most.
And shocker, but Eric finally admitted he should have let his family in when he first got sick. Instead of insisting on keeping it quiet and hyping up the fashion challenge and throwing the party. Now that he knows what’s out there for them once you pass away, he should never have been afraid. Cue the family group hug.
Date Night
Bill (Don Diamont) admitted to Poppy (Romy Park) that he wasn’t embarrassed when she danced in front of the entire restaurant. After Poppy tried to get him to dance the light fantastic right there at Il Giardino, Bill countered with his own proposition. He wanted to be alone with her where they could dance alone. So Bill took Poppy to his beach house.

Moving News
A shirtless RJ (Joshua Hoffman) had good news for Luna (Lisa Yamada), Eric was out of the hospital and he had his own place. He’s moving into a beach house close to Steffy’s.
And he was moving in today. Thankfully, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) showed up at that very moment and gave RJ the keys to the place. After he left, Luna mused over the differences between her mom and her. That she’s more serious while her mom was free-spirited. Luna was glad she waited for the right guy to come along. Unlike her mother.
Beach House Bingo
First, Bill and Poppy arrived at the beach house where Bill talked about owning the property even though his son Wyatt was the one who lived there. Now that Wyatt was leaving town (or whatever he was doing), he was wondering what he should do with the house long-term. He realized in the short term Wyatt already rented the beach house to someone.
Later, RJ and Luna arrived at the beach house. Little do they know that Poppy and Bill were there and had already moved to the bedroom. But Luna and Bill were on a collision course to see each other.
