On today’s Bold and the Beautiful episode, Katie Logan makes clear her intention to pry her ex-husband from Sheila Carter’s claws.
In addition to Katie’s promise-cum-threat, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) wrestled with her guilt over shooting Bill. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.
Though it pained Bill (Don Diamont) greatly to hear it, and her to say it, Katie (Heather Tom) had to make clear that there was no way she was coming back to him as a wife. Lover is out as well. What she is willing to do, however, is to strengthen her and Bill’s friendship and their family unit. But that’s only a possibility if Bill shows Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) the door.
That’s never going to happen, Bill reveals. No, no it’s not, reiterates Sheila, who emerges from her hiding/eavesdropping place. Not only is she now the lady of the manor they’re all standing in, but she’s also the one and only ladylove where Bill is concerned. He’ll never make her leave. He’ll never turn his back on her. And that’s all because she’s the one, the only one that he’ll ever be able to truly count on; the only one who’ll ever truly understand him. Katie wanted to be that one, but she failed, and miserably so.

Hardly deterred, Katie vowed to save Bill. “I won’t give up on you…I will fight for you. I will fight to bring you back to [Will and me]. I will fight for you to see reality…I won’t lose you. I won’t lose the father of my son to Sheila Carter.”
After hearing an intern at Forrester Creations’ opinion that a person who puts a bullet into another person shouldn’t be walking around free, Taylor couldn’t help but agree.
In fact, Taylor agreed so much that she decided that it was time to come clean about shooting Bill. And sure, it would probably bring about her arrest, but if Sheila being arrested for her own crimes came about because of it, then that would be a win. Right? Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) didn’t seem to agree. Surprisingly, neither did Hope (Annika Noelle).
Still, Taylor couldn’t help but wonder. And she was right to do so because her crime is the gift that keeps on giving. As long as Sheila and Bill can hold the truth over Steffy’s head, Sheila will be free and clear. And that’s not something that anybody wants…especially Katie.
So, when Katie comes barreling into Steffy’s abode and demands to know what Bill is blackmailing her with, Taylor ‘fesses up. To say that Katie is horrified would be an understatement.
