B&B spoilers recap for October 12, 2022, features Steffy Forrester Finnegan adding salt to Brooke Logan Forrester’s wounds, Sheila Carter glowing green, and Thomas Forrester replaying his greatest scheme over, and over, and over, and over.
B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) begged Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) for an explanation but never got one. He just pulled the whole “you can’t be honest with me” act without mentioning a lick of what she was lying about. He let go of her hands, said goodbye, and walked back into the Aspen house.

Meanwhile, inside, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) hoped and prayed Ridge would do the right thing. And by ‘right thing,’ they meant dump his wife, end his marriage, and claim Taylor as second best while pretending she’s his first choice. Steffy even called Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) about it because misery loves company. Taylor got sick of waiting and went out for air.
B&B Recap: Choices Were Made
After Ridge came back to share the bad/good news with Steffy, she stormed out to confront her stepmom. She found Brooke sulking in a chair (why she did not leave is not clear) and sat with her. Steffy boasted about how her daddy ran to her mommy, not the other way around. You’re OUT. Mommy is IN. It should come as no surprise Steffy didn’t have a compassionate bone in her body.
At the same time, Ridge tracked down Taylor and reiterated what he said before. He loves her, he wants her, and he’s ready for a life with her. Taylor was thrilled. There’s nothing like getting another woman’s scraps!
Back in Los Angeles, Thomas replayed his little voice change scheme more than once (sigh, is this the new label change?) and laughed about how easy it was to set up Brooke. His risk paid off, and that woman is out of their lives. The damage is done, and he was proud as a peach.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Jealousy Becomes Her
Over at Il Giardino, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) was asked about some missing steak and booze. Nope, he didn’t know anything about it. Lo and behold, he went home to Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), pouring drinks and making steak. Coincidence, we think not!
Sheila questioned Deacon about that little visit with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). Deacon assured her he owed his ex a favor, and it was nothing more than that. Sheila was relieved. She admitted she wanted Deacon all to herself.
