B&B Recap: The Spirit Is Willing, But The Flesh Is Weak
Much to Sheila’s (Kimberlin Brown) chagrin, Deacon (Sean Kanan) suggested that she skip town and that her family (Finn in particular) would be better off. How could he think such a thing? There’s no way she’s upping sticks. She’s exactly where she’s meant to be. Today proved that.
Ah yes, today provided a miracle…a miracle that’s going to provide her a second chance with her son. After all, everyone deserves second chances. Even her. Deacon cautioned Sheila against pressing her luck, but the advice fell on deaf ears.

Equally galling to Sheila was Deacon’s insistence that she couldn’t hang around his apartment anymore. He loves her and all that jazz, but he’s in a great place with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Hope (Annika Noelle), and he doesn’t want to jeopardize that. Also, associating with the likes of her could cost him the restaurant.
Sheila said she understood…then peeled off her robe to reveal the teddy underneath. Deacon did still feel 100% about his decision? No, no, he did not.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Fault Lines
After Steffy railed at him for stooping to hug Sheila, Finn granted that he crossed a line, and that his actions didn’t make sense, and that he didn’t know why he did what he did. The best explanation he could come up with was, in that moment, she wasn’t Sheila the monster, she was Sheila, the woman who gave birth to him.
And by the way, how did Steffy find out about the hug? She wasn’t out in the hallway when it happened. No, no, she wasn’t. But Liam was. LIAM!?! Finn bellowed that Liam was doing his utmost to cause problems in his and Steffy’s marriage, but Steffy refused to give the notion due consideration. The only thing she was concerned about was the children’s safety…and with Finn vulnerable to Sheila, she couldn’t trust him to protect them.
Therefore, Steffy is packing several bags and heading for Eric’s abode. Finn decried the move and swore that Steffy and the kids were his top priority, his whole world, and that he’d see to their safety. Steffy didn’t seem convinced by the sentiment.
B&B Recap: Oh, Brother
After much prodding from Wyatt (Darin Brooks), Liam (Scott Clifton) finally ‘fessed up to still having feelings for Steffy…but continued to insist that he was in no way attempting to cause trouble in her marriage. That’s not what his crusade is about at all. It’s about keeping his loved ones safe — something Finn is clearly incapable of doing.
