Stories are all about romance on The Bold and the Beautiful. Many of the show’s men have professed great love for the women in their lives resulting in epic romances and marriage ceremonies in the Forrester mansion living room!
The show’s male characters are among the most handsome and charismatic on soaps. However, sometimes folks just fall out of love. Which male character’s love is the most pure for the lady he professes to adore? Soap Hub asked this question and you responded!
Over the last year or so, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) has been engaged to Zoe Buckingham and dated her sister Paris Buckingham (Diamond White). He also flirted with Katie Logan (Heather Tom). However, half of you, a smidge over 50%, say that Carter has the most pure love. It’s clear that he still cares deeply for Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer) and his dalliances and dating other women are just distractions he’s put in his path.
Surprisingly, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) came in second with 22% of your vote! Sure, the dude goes back and forth between two women — wife Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) — but he has genuine love for both of them. That’s why his story’s been so dramatic and compelling over the years. Three-time Daytime Emmy-winner Clifton knows how to sell Liam’s love for both women.
Bill Spencer Jr. (Don Diamont) came in third with roughly 15% of your vote. Sure, he professes to love ex-wife Katie but Bill has been known to stray and follow his heart by taking up with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) — Katie’s very own sister! Bill’s quite convincing when he says straying with Brooke will never happen again. Alas, Katie is equally convincing when she says she’s not sure she believes Bill when he says that.
Like Liam, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) loves more than one woman at the same time. Maybe that’s why he only scored 13% of your vote. We believe each and every time that Ridge will return to Brooke — but we also can’t help but notice that smile that comes across his face when he’s with ex-wife Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).
