If Forced, Which Bold and the Beautiful Family Would Hope Choose?

On The Bold and the Beautiful, Hope Logan Spencer is absolutely shocked and horrified that Thomas Forrester would want his son back. She truly believed the legal agreement she coerced him into signing when he was not in his right mind would last forever. And granted, Douglas Forrester has been very happy with Hope, but this custody battle now looks like it might take a toll on her marriage, so what is Hope to do?

Hope (Annika Noelle) has been trying to be understanding with Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), but her family is not happy she is giving him any time of day at all to tell his side. Will Hope be forced to make a choice soon, and if so, what will she choose? That’s just what Soap Hub recently asked.

Home Is Where Liam And Beth Are

Of course, Hope would choose the man she is married to and the child she gave birth to, say a full 60% of you. After all, the only reason she grew so attached to Douglas (Django Ferri) in the first place was that she thought her own baby had just died, and she felt this pull to be a mother.

And there was Thomas, newly motherless with Douglas, there to offer her the family she so longed for. But then she learned that Beth was alive and she would never give up the family she made with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) for anything.

Bold and the Beautiful: Douglas Means The World

Then again, a small 9% of you think Hope would be willing to give up her own child and her marriage just to keep Douglas, and if keeping Douglas means being with Thomas, then so be it. That might be out of character for Hope, but it’s easy to see how obsessed she is with this child who she has been raising.

Hope Is Not Allowed To Choose

Then there is the logical 31% of you who see where this is going. Hope won’t be allowed to make her own choices because her mother will make them for her. Yes, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will forever be domineering, and nothing is going to change that. Brooke will make sure Hope just does whatever Mommy tells her to do, and that is that.
