As Nelle (Chloe Lanier) haunted her mom, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and her (unknown) sister Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) when the actress made a brief return on Tuesday, we asked almost 3,000 fans whose sleep deserved to be interrupted the most:
GH: That’s My Mom
Nina mourns never having known that Nelle was her long-lost daughter…until it was too late. She also doesn’t know that Willow is Nelle’s heretofore unknown twin. Perhaps the nocturnal appearance of Nelle could help Nina put the pieces together, 51% of you suggest.
Bad General Hospital Mom
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is the one keeping the secret of Willow’s parentage, and maybe Ghost Nelle popping up to torment her might make her conscience resurface from under whatever pile of garbage Carly has buried it under all these years, 31% of the audience is hoping for some movement in this story. Maybe Nelle will scare her straight…into honesty.

GH: Ex-Treme
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) was married to Nelle, and he’s been doing everything he can since she “died” to erase that she ever existed. There’s letting Willow adopt Wiley and insisting Grandma Nina has nothing to do with the tot. But now that he’s decided beloved pop Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is an awful, awful man and is plotting his own revenge, maybe he’ll understand Nelle’s actions better. A little haunting can do that to a boy, 14% were hoping.
General Hospital: Sister, Sister
Less than 4% believed Willow needed more on her plate on top of a risky pregnancy and a deadly illness. You worried that if Nelle started bugging her from beyond the grave, she would likely completely lose her mind (and it sure seemed like she did!). Too bad Nelle couldn’t tell Willow they’re sisters and Nina is her mother, but even if she did, Willow probably wouldn’t believe her.
