Characters without conflict don’t have much of a storyline on The Bold and the Beautiful. Soap Hub thinks that if Quinn Fuller were to return to the canvas, she’d spice up the lives of at least five different people on the show.
We understand that Rena Sofer (ex-Quinn) has moved on, but perhaps it’s time that B&B invest in a new Quinn. The character has long-running connections to several folks on the show’s canvas. And each of them would be greatly affected by Quinn’s return.
Imagine Quinn showing back up at the Forrester mansion to collect a few items she left behind. Like her portrait, for instance. It used to hang in a place of honor over the Forrester mansion. Imagine her surprise to see Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) painting hanging over the fireplace. Quinn would be impressed that Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) didn’t insist on having her own image framed for all to see, but then, the gloves would come off. Perhaps Quinn and Eric’s divorce hasn’t been finalized. Maybe Quinn is holding out for more from Eric, which would play havoc not only with Eric’s personal life but also the goings-on at Forrester Creations.
There was a time when Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) was genuinely attracted to Quinn. It started out as a test — to see if the woman was truly devoted and loyal to Eric or not. Now that Eric’s moved on and Ridge is currently single, Quinn’s return could fill a slot on the designer’s dance card. Imagine how Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) would respond to Ridge and Quinn getting together.
Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) doesn’t have to be the only conflict in Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) developing relationship. Katie’s made it clear she’s moving on from Bill, but can Carter say the same about Quinn? We’re guessing maybe not. Quinn coming back and trying to rekindle things with Carter would lend itself to showdowns between two powerhouse women — Quinn and Katie! There’s no doubt that Quinn’s return would give B&B lots of storyline.
