What could cause trouble for Donna Logan and Eric Forrester...or rather who?
Eric Forrester and Donna Logan are living (presumably) happily on The Bold and the Beautiful. But conflict is the essence of daytime drama. If the duo starts having problems, they’re more likely to get more screen time.
Donna (Jennifer Gareis) and Eric (John McCook) never stopped loving each other. They were torn apart by family drama as Donna blamed Eric’s ex-wife Stephanie (Susan Flannery) for the accidental drowning death of her mother Beth. Now, they’re back together, but they don’t have a lot of drama in their life. Fortunately, there are ways to rectify that!
Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer), Eric’s ex, is a force of nature. She fell out of love with Eric, but she still loves him. The two parted as friends. There’s nothing stopping Quinn from popping up and causing some havoc. Perhaps her and Eric’s divorce papers haven’t been finalized? Or Eric wants to buy Quinn’s jewelry line? Having Quinn around is always a good idea.
It’s been said you never forget your first love. Could that be the case with Donna and Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears)? They share a child, Marcus (Texas Battle), after all. Maybe a medical crisis for Marcus — or their granddaughter Rosie (Marcus’s daughter with Amber) — could draw Donna and Justin together?
Eric is not the only B&B character with a past. When the series began, his marriage to Stephanie was mired in malaise, but there was a woman on the canvas desperately in love with him. We’re talking about his one-time Forrester colleague Margo, whose brother Jake Maclaine (Todd McKee) occasionally pops up at Forrester. Eric never fully returned Margo’s feelings for him, but the show might someday bring the character back and delve into this untapped dynamic.
