The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday tease that the big night for Genoa City is finally here, and Victor and Nikki serve as the evening’s hosts.

Apparently, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has been planning the Genoa City bicentennial celebration gala for a while, and she even enlisted Michael (Christian Le Blanc) and Lauren’s (Tracey Bregman) help along with Traci’s (Beth Maitland).
Now, the big evening has finally arrived, and Victor (Eric Braeden) joins his wife, Nikki, to host the party of the year to celebrate Genoa City’s 200 years.

Everyone who is anyone will be there…well, except for new moms Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks), but that’s neither here nor there…they’re tired, after all, and they have a newborn to care for. Sure, if things were different, perhaps Tessa could’ve sang for the event, but no. Perhaps that honor will go to Danny (Michael Damian). It would be fitting, considering he’s a rock star too.

Y&R Spoilers: Grand Gala
Even without at least one of Genoa City’s big celebrities, the night is sure to be one to remember. It’s a masked ball, which brings to mind the epic masquerade ball of years past, but this one will be a little less costumey and a little more formal wear with fun masks, which likely won’t hide anybody’s true identity.
The great news is it seems like Amanda (Mishael Morgan) might be able to attend. Plus, there’s Mamie (Veronica Redd), who is back just in time. Then, there are also hints that Leanna Love (Barbara Crampton) makes a grand entrance to the event eventually. What could go wrong with so many people gathered? Our guess is…quite a bit.
