In fact, Bill is determined to demolish the building that houses Spectra as soon as possible. However, he is also guilty of sabotage. Could that end up catching up with him?
While he thinks there’s nothing at all Spectra can do, it seems possible that Sally and perhaps even Thomas will end up finding a way to stop the massive destruction wrought by Dollar Bill.
