B&B PREDICTION: Betrayed By Bill, Katie and Liam Get Revenge

On Friday, “Bold and the Beautiful” spent its time building momentum to a heartbreaking reveal in the final moments.

Two storylines took center stage. In one part of town, Liam (Scott Clifton) was extolling his father’s virtues to his stepmother, Katie (Heather Tom). In another, Bill (Don Diamont) was trying his charming best to get Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) into bed.

Some Role Model
It was fascinating to see how Bill has become a real role model to his son. Liam took pride as he explained to Katie that his father–a good man–would honor his vows. Katie realized his desire to live up to that kind of example was why Liam stopped pursuing Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). There was a gleam in Katie’s eyes–she admired him for it. Or was she noticing the man he’s become?

Come on Brooke, One Last Time
In Bill’s office, Brooke held steadfast to her belief that they needed to put their feelings aside for Katie’s sake. Bill insisted the only way he could let go would be to have one last time (nice logic there, ahem) with Brooke. While Bill arranged for no disturbance, Brooke continued to resist. Of course, if she really wanted to resist, she should have left! But let’s not quibble about details… she stayed and poor Liam, who made it past the secretary, silently saw them kissing.

BOLD Prediction
Liam will go straight to Katie and tell her the truth about what he saw. Now, this can go two ways–it can let Liam off the hook morality-wise so he can pursue Steffy. Or, a bolder choice would be that he and Katie–both devastated by betrayal–turn to each other for solace. Now wouldn’t that be a sight for Bill to walk in on! What do you think?
