Annika Noelle and Lawrence Saint-Victor teased what’s next for “Cope.” They shared that Hope and Carter are “just getting started” on The Bold and the Beautiful. It feels like it was just summer when they had a flirtationship. The couple embarked on a romance and took over Forrester Creations.
What’s Next?
Noelle and Saint-Victor took part in a joint interview with TV Insider. They had no idea that their alter egos would end up together. Hope’s love life gave fans whiplash. Just earlier this year, she was entangled with Thomas (Matthew Aktinson). She couldn’t say the L-word, then she rejected many of his proposals.
Once he left, Hope had her eyes on Steffy’s (Jaqueline MacInnes Wood) hot man, Finn (Tanner Novlan). Then she realized that there was an eligible bachelor in the midst. Carter revealed his feelings for her. He’s been pining for her since the FC trip to Rome. Who knew?
“What’s amazing about the story is that as it unfolded for the viewers, it unfolded for us,” Saint-Victor explained. “For a while, we didn’t know how far we were going to take it. Was it going to work? Are they going to get found out? And once you’re turning the pages going, ‘Oh, shoot, we actually do take over; we actually run the joint,’ I was in complete shock and happy surprise.”
Noelle noted their conscious coupling led to a coup attempt. While “Cope” claims it’s not personal, it’s just business, “it’s personal to Hope,” she noted. She believes they’re saving Forrester Creations from “petty vendettas” and a “toxic workplace.”

Will 2025 Mark the Year of Cope?
There’s no doubt this relationship blossomed quickly. But the reason why it did is that the characters were friends for a decade. Saint-Victor and Noelle teased what’s next. A mysterious woman named “Daphne Rose” (played by newcomer Murielle Hilaire) will join the cast in January 2025.
She could shake up the hot new couple. However, Noelle suggested that Hope and Carter “might have met their match in each other.” But they’re currently in this “Us against the world” phase of their life. They don’t realize the mess they created.
“But we’re just getting started with Hope and Carter, so I’m very curious to see if it really is a power couple that can withstand the test of time,” Noelle teased.
