Christmas came and went. Donna hosted the event. However, one thing was missing: her voice. She didn’t reveal where she stood in the Forrester wars. A new clue suggests that she could be in the dark about the drama that went down on The Bold and the Beautiful.
What About Donna?
It’s been months since B&B fans saw Donna (Jennifer Gareis) onscreen. Most of us have wanted to know her reaction to the Forrester Creations takedown situation. She’s in an interesting place since she’s married to a Forrester.
Donna hosted the annual Forrester Christmas party. She seemed too busy to notice the drama involving her sister and niece, and she didn’t seem to choose a side in the new Forrester war. She seemed out of the loop during the party.
It’s possible that Eric (John McCook) didn’t intentionally share all the details of the FC coup. Unfortunately, her character hasn’t been needed at FC for years. But this would’ve been a great time for Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to say something snarky about the Logans. Then, we could’ve gotten Donna’s input.

Standing By Her Man
It’s also possible that Donna was aware of what was going on. After all, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Katie (Heather Tom), Hope (Annika Noelle), and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) weren’t invited. Eric shared a vague sentiment during the party that they will get through this challenging time because they are Forresters.
Still, it would’ve been nice to see Donna’s reaction. She could’ve made it clear which side she was on or revealed that she was supporting both of her families. Donna would likely have some input on the takeover and the “Bridge” fallout. She always supported her sisters.
It’s likely that Donna would be upset with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) for what he did to Brooke, but she was willing to spread holiday cheer with him. Since she’s married to a Forrester, it could be hard for her to pick a side. She secured her keys to the kingdom. Donna doesn’t want to be the next Logan to get kicked off the compound.
