The General Hospital spoilers for October 7 reveal that Scout will develop some mediating skills. She’ll try to broker peace between Danny and Rocco, whose rift is gigantic at this point. Elsewhere, Tracy bites her tongue with Gio. And Drew and Alexis go at it. Here’s your Wednesday preview.

Key Takeaways

  • Scout tries to broker peace between Danny and Rocco after their bitter fallout.
  • Drew and Alexis clash as their battle over Scout intensifies.
  • Tracy surprisingly holds back while Gio wrestles with doubts about Sonny.
  • Carly asks Anna for a favor, while Lulu pursues a lead.

Scout Tries to End Danny and Rocco’s Feud

Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco (Finn Carr) once considered themselves to be brothers. But now they are so far from that. Their brotherly bond has been severed to the point that the two exchanged punches last week.

They basically disowned each other. But Rocco feels hella guilty over what he said to Danny that escalated their fight. And Danny has to feel lonely. He isn’t allowed to spend time with Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski). He and Rocco are at odds. And Charlotte (Bluesy Burke, who exited the show) was sent to boarding school.

Scout decides to help mend Rocco and Danny’s relationship. She tries to broker peace between her brother and her boyfriend. Will she be successful? Let’s hope so. The world is better when it’s the GH teens against the world, not against each other.

Drew and Alexis Clash

If Scout is successful with Danny and Rocco, she may want to use her mediating magic on her father and grandmother. The hatred between Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has been brewing. And things blow up between them on Wednesday.

Drew and Alexis go at it. Drew has had an irrational need to keep Scout from her family. And Alexis has had it. She’s finally fighting back. But if she loses this current battle, Drew will certainly make her pay. Although Alexis won’t be the only one hurt here. Scout will too. But Drew never thinks about the effects his actions have on his daughter.

Tracy Shows Surprising Restraint With Gio

Finally, Tracy (Jane Elliot) bites her tongue with Gio (Giovanni Mazza). Gio is currently stressing over whether or not his grandfather was the one who ordered the prison beatdown. He loves Sonny (Maurice Benard), but at the same time, he also believes that Sonny could have ordered the violence against his enemy.

Tracy despises Sonny and could shout “I told you so” to all of Port Charles who thought Sonny legitimately tried to get out of the mob. Maybe this time she decides to hold back. It’s uncharacteristic of her, but stranger things have happened, especially in Port Charles.

Carly Has a Surprising Request for Anna

Look for an interaction featuring Valentin’s current and former partners. Carly (Laura Wright) has been unexpectedly mature about Valentin’s support of Anna (Finola Hughes, who’s GH’s Performer of the Month for September 2026), who’s dealing with her recent trauma. But Carly suddenly asks Anna for a favor. What does she want?

What Is Lulu About to Uncover?

Meanwhile, Lulu (Alexis Havins) pursues a lead. It’s unclear whether this is about the Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) beating or it’s about uncovering the truth about Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), which we know will happen this week, according to GH’s weekly video preview.
