A popular teen star is exiting General Hospital just as a diabolical villain is set to return to the soap. Here’s the latest casting news for the week of September 28-October 2.

Bluesy Burke is exiting the soap as Charlotte Cassadine. The actress shared a few shots from her last day on set on Instagram on September 8, including a sign posted to her dressing room door that read: General Hospital. That’s A Wrap. Good Night. There was also a photo of her embracing her teen cast mates goodbye. The soap, however, has not confirmed her departure. While it appears that Charlotte is being sent to boarding school, Burke is leaving to attend Vassar College. She makes another appearance on Monday, September 28, when Charlotte tries to change Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) mind.
Meanwhile, Alley Mills is returning to the show as Heather Webber. The dastardly character will resurface in November. Mills made her last appearance in October 2024.
The soap’s teen cast continues to be featured prominently. Finn Carr is back as Rocco Falconeri when he gives Asher Antonyzyn’s Danny some bad news on Monday, September 28. Antonyzyn also airs on Tuesday, September 29, when Jason (Steve Burton) supports his son.
Kayden Brenna Tokarski reappears as Scout Cain. The teen clashes with her big brother, Danny, on Thursday, October 1. Tokarski opened up about her career and personal life on Maurice Benard’s State of Mind podcast.
Blythe Howard resurfaces as Monet, Jordan’s (Tanisha Harper) recently revealed sister. The attorney courts a new client on Wednesday, September 30.
