Krista Allen has hit the ground running on The Bold and the Beautiful as Dr. Taylor Hayes. She’s worked with most of Taylor’s family, however, there’s one co-star with whom she can’t wait to share screen-time. And as far as Allen is concerned, that moment can’t happen soon enough!
“Just caught up on shows,” Allen tweeted, letting fans know that she’s not just an actress on B&B but she’s a fan of the program too! One co-star, in particular, caught her eye. And while she hasn’t had any scenes with this actor yet, she’s hoping that changes in the near future!
“I am so blown away by our very talented young Henry Joseph Samiri!” Allen tweeted of the young star who plays Douglas Forrester. Earlier this week, Samiri had screen-time as Douglas shared with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) the secret that he’s been looking to blab — he spied Grandma Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) kissing Santa Claus!
Of course, the grownups didn’t take Douglas seriously and later, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) did her best to convince Douglas that he needs to forget about what he saw on New Year’s Eve. “Can’t wait to work with him,” Allen added. “He got skills!”
The actress chuckles that she did some acting of her own when she was Samiri’s age. “When I was 8, my skill was talking directly into a table fan to sound like a robot,” Krista Allen recalls adding, “Might still do that.” Stay tuned to see if and when Taylor does get to share scenes with Douglas!
