B&B spoilers recap for Wednesday, May 18, 2022, features Ridge Forrester forgiving his wife…for most of the New Year’s Eve scandal. But, of course, not all of it, and he’s not moving home.
B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) worked through the reason she turned to the bottle and agreed it wasn’t her fault. She was duped and has controlled herself since. That’s great, right? Well, unfortunately, it wasn’t enough. She still kissed Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), and that’s not something Ridge was willing to let go of.
While he did open the door to a possible reunion, he was also vocal about not closing that possibility with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). Instead, he decided to level the playing field and move back into the Forrester mansion.
B&B Recap: One Lonely Heart
As for Taylor, she was at the cliff house moping. She and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) agreed Ridge belonged with their family. They love and cherish him more than the Logans ever could.
Steffy assured her mother Ridge would come back to them. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but one day and hopefully for the rest of her life. Who could resist her? She’s a top-notch psychiatrist who keeps being fooled by every single evil around her, after all.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Bill Has A Lot To Say
Meanwhile, Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) continued his rantings about Brooke and Ridge while Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) tried to ignore him. Eventually, Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) came home and busted up the party.
While Bill and Hope agreed Ridge was punishing her mother way too harshly, Hope still held out hope for a reunion. Ridge is Brooke’s soulmate, after all, and that’s not going to change any time soon.
