B&B spoilers recap for Thursday, July 7, 2022, features Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan feeling a lot like Misery’s Paul Sheldon right now. Annie Wilkes Sheila Carter has him right where she wants him and she’s not letting him go anytime soon.
B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights
Finn (Tanner Novlan) is awake, alert, and remembers everything. It’s just too bad he can’t move too well yet. Or, at all, really. He very quickly realizes he’s a captive of his evil biological mother and there isn’t anything he can do about it…yet.
To make things worse, Sheila lets him know everyone thinks, including his precious wife, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), that he’s dead. Yeah, that’s right Finn, your wife is on vacation after thinking you’re dead.
To top that off, Sheila claimed every breath Finn takes is due to her heroics. She staked claim to the whole rescue mission and completely left Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) out of it. She wouldn’t even entertain questions about THAT mother.
B&B Recap: Ridge Is Going Home
Meanwhile, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) wasn’t letting little things like an injured ankle or a power outage (or living in constant fear of Sheila) get her down. As Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) lit candles, she once again apologized about that super hot dreadful kiss with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and all that jazz.
Much to her shock (and ours), it worked! Ridge was basically on his knees begging to come home. Talk about a 180. Oh, joy! Oh, happy day! Brooke was more than happy to welcome him back into her home. Kiss kiss!
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: The Nice Guy Act
Over at the cliff house, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) was overjoyed when her roommate, err son, came home with flowers for her. Talk about a guy who knows how to treat a lady. Thomas was just happy to have a roof over his head — thanks to squatters’ rights Steffy being out of town.
It wasn’t long before their nice afternoon was interrupted by Jack Finnegan (Ted King). He was there looking for info on Sheila, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), and the whereabouts of Finn’s remains. Between the two families, they had no answers. Maybe it’s time to try to get ahold of Li again?
