They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but we wonder what good is a picture when you can’t recognize the subject? Above is a snapshot of a future star of soaps but can you guess who this pigtailed little lady grew up to be?
Star Of The Soaps
Obviously this young woman (now all grown up) is either currently starring in, or is an alum of, one of the four remaining daytime dramas – The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital, and The Young and the Restless – but that’s probably not enough of a hint.
So try these on for size. She began her career as a model which resulted in her traveling to locales such as France, Japan, and Australia. She honed her craft at the Howard Fine Studio and one of her earliest theatrical performances was in Neil Simon’s The Last of the Red Hot Lovers. And though she is primarily known for her soap role, this actress has also appeared in a number of well-received Lifetime originals.
But just who can she be? Is this a photograph of Ashley Jones (ex-Bridget Forrester, BB), Arianne Zucker (Nicole Walker, DAYS), Laura Wright (Carly Roberts Corinthos, GH), or Kimberlin Brown (ex-Sheila Carter, YR)?
Ashley Jones
Jones spent her youth toiling and learning at the Actors Theatre of Houston where she appeared in a number of plays, including Neil Simon’s Brighton Beach Memoirs. She’s not today’s featured star, though they have both starred in Lifetime movies. Among the many on Jones’ resume are Dead at 17, Secrets from Her Past, and A Sister’s Revenge.
Laura Wright
Wright’s exposure to theatrical productions came courtesy of the high school that she attended and though she appeared in many of the plays, none of them were works by Neil Simon. And even though she has been in a Lifetime original, Wright isn’t today’s mystery guest.
Kimberlin Brown
And neither is Brown. This in spite of the fact that she herself was a globe-trotting model – who worked in places like Paris, Tokyo, and Milan.
Arianne Zucker
Zucker’s work as a model took her very far afield from her hometown of Northridge, California. Off those experiences, she decided to look for work as a professional actress – but she also put in the time and effort to learn about her craft at locations such as Los Angeles Pierce College and the Howard Fine Studio.
And though many daytime devotees know her from her work on DAYS, Zucker is far from a stranger to fans of Lifetime Original Movies. Among her many credits in that field are Babysitter’s Nightmare, His Perfect Obsession, and Mommy Be Mine.
So, if guessed that the future star of soaps seen in the image above was Arianne Zucker, then you were absolutely correct!
