Who Will Do It: Who Should Kill Peter On General Hospital?

It’s not a question of if someone will kill Peter on General Hospital, it’s a question of when – and who? Who has the best reason to kill Faison’s son — or rather, who has earned the right the most? A whopping 5,000 voters had some strong opinions to share with us:

General Hospital Polling: In And Out

For months, Anna (Finola Hughes) suffered thinking that she had given birth to and abandoned Peter (Wes Ramsey). We suffered alongside her. Now our suffering is over. We, finally, thankfully, know that Peter is actually Alex’s child. But Anna’s suffering is still ongoing. Because Peter is still there, bitter and cranky.

His latest bitter and cranky act is to poison Chase (Josh Swickard), even as he continues to plan how he will get his hands on his and Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) baby. Somebody needs to take him out, and 43% of you believe former double agent Anna is just the woman for the job.

Mother Love

Then again, isn’t it about time Maxie took some responsibility, 30% of the audience wonders? Peter’s biggest threat is to her, so she’s the one who needs to end things, once and for all. Her current plan isn’t nearly as risky as just a nice, clean execution.

This Is Liz

Only 14% picked Liz (Rebecca Herbst) in revenge for Franco’s (Roger Howarth) death. Finn (Michael Easton) may have had to hold her back from attacking Peter once, but Finn can’t always be around. Sure, Peter pretended to take responsibility – even while dumping even more blame on Liesl (Kathleen Gati) – but Liz knows there is only one way to get justice.

Cam Can

In last place are the 13% who expect Cam (William Lipton) to do what his mother can’t or won’t. Cam loved Franco, and he’s a hot-headed teen. Teens don’t think things through. He probably thinks he can kill Peter and get away with it. So many other killers in Port Charles do. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
