On General Hospital, Ava found out that daughter Kiki had slept with her boyfriend, Griffin – while the two were technically on a break.
She could have kept it to herself. But Ava (Maura West) decided to share the news with the world. While Kiki (Hayley Erin) was in the middle of a sexual harassment suit against Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva).
It was the mother of all paybacks. Do fans agree with Ava’s actions? Here’s how almost 12,000 viewers viewed it.
Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along
What a terrible thing to do, 66% of you rage. You get that Ava was hurt, you get that Ava was humiliated, you get that her self-control has never been the strongest – but Kiki is her daughter! Protecting her should come ahead of everything else – even well-deserved revenge.
Now Griffin (Matt Cohen) is another story. Go to town on that guy. But without hurting your little girl. Unless, of course, Kiki isn’t actually yours, after all. What was that Madeline (Donna Mills) said about Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) baby being born alive, and Madeline having her adopted?
Ava was sleeping with Nina’s husband – maybe why she shouldn’t be banging the morality drum quite so strongly? – and also claimed to be pregnant with his child.

If something happened to that baby, what better replacement than one she also knew to be his? She could then go after Silas with his daughter – and a straight face because she’d be telling the truth.
Look On the Bright Side
At least Kiki won her case, 33% of the audience prefers to look at the positive. Ava didn’t ruin that. She just ruined their relationship.
Then again, she had just cause. Kiki isn’t a child, and her infraction wasn’t some random oopsie. She had to know she’d be hurting her mother – and that her mother would hurt her back.
