GH Spoilers: Ruh Roh, What Goes Down When Nina Backs Ava Into a Corner?

In the Friday, March 8, 2024, episode of General Hospital, spoilers tease different variations of interactions between friends. Depending on who’s getting the focus, the communication is either volatile, vital, or requiring some venting action. Consequently, it’d be wise not to miss this episode.

Nobody Puts Ava in a Corner…Except for Nina

Nina (Cynthia Watros) is not a happy camper. She had to find out about Dante’s (Dominic Zamprogna) shooting from Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) because she’s completely out of the loop with Sonny (and on the brink of divorce with him). Do you know who’s in the loop? Ava (Maura West). She was there on the waterfront right beside Sonny (Maurice Benard). She lives with the mobster, too, along with their daughter. Plus, Ava’s in Sonny’s inner trust circle, and Nina knows it. She has to see how close the two are getting.

Unsurprisingly, this means it’s time for Nina to corner Ava and see what’s up between her bestie and her husband. This is how Nina operates and depending on Ava’s answers, their friendship may be over. Hopefully, the two can salvage this unexpected and crazy friendship, right?

More of It’s Always Sonny in Port Charles

Thanks to Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Ava, Sonny knows that somehow, Jason (Steve Burton, Kelly Thiebaud mentions what she thinks about Burton’s return here) may be alive and back in Port Charles. There’s also the matter of his son fighting for his life. Consequently, he needs to be privy to all of the facts of Jagger’s (Adam J. Harrington) investigation sooner rather than later. So, in true Sonny fashion, he gets himself updated.

Meanwhile, Michael (Chad Duell) still thinks it’s a good idea for Dex (Evan Hofer) to stay in town and return to Sonny’s good graces. One person who will be happy to hear this is Joss (Eden McCoy). But, is this a move Dex can live with? Or will he hightail it back out of town since those were Sonny’s original orders?

Shock and Annoyed

Teasers suggest that Carly (Laura Wright) is taken aback. What is the source of her shock? Could it have something to do with Jason Morgan?

Finally, Alexis books a venting session with Diane (Carolyn Hennesy). It’s a good bet she’ll complain about Nina Reeves, the new publisher of The Invader. Nina isn’t exactly Diane’s favorite person either, so Alexis’s words will fall on favorable ears. In fact, Diane will probably contribute a few anti-Nina rants as well.
