The next General Hospital spoilers video for Tuesday, October 14, 2025, shows Molly encouraging Cody, while Carly pushes back against Sonny, and Willow grows more distressed.

Key Takeaways

  • Carly makes a provocative remark to Sonny that hints at legal implications.
  • Molly reassures Cody.
  • Sidwell questions what Drew wants from him.
  • Nina confronts ADA Turner.
  • Willow becomes increasingly emotional.
  • Elizabeth is caught off guard by something unexpected.

Coming up in Port Charles

Carly (Laura Wright) tells Sonny (Maurice Benard), “If you want me to answer that, you’re gonna have to marry me.” Carly knows that if they’re married, they can’t testify against each other (been down that road a few times). But does she really want to go there again? She was probably being facetious, but with an element of truth.

Molly (Kristen Vaganos) explains to Cody (Josh Kelly), “You did the right thing, and you got the girl,” while elsewhere, Sidwell (Carlo Rota) asks Drew (Cameron Mathison), “My role in this would be…?” Drew is trying to get Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) out of police custody, so he needs Sidwell’s help. However, the advanced teasers state that Sidwell throws his power around, so he might be the one dictating to Drew how it’s gonna be.

At the PCPD, Nina (Cynthia Watros) yells at ADA Turner (Nazneen Contractor), “I demand to speak to her immediately.” Nina is in the hot seat after being arrested for shooting Drew, but she’s probably more worried about Willow being there…for the same crime.

Speaking of which, a weeping Willow pleads with someone, “Why are you doing this to me?” The teasers also show that Willow believes the worst of Michael, so she probably thinks he set her up for the arrest. At this point, Willow deserves a frequent flier card for emotional trauma.

And Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is walking down a set of stairs, stops, and gasps, “Oh my God!” Advanced word is that Ric (Rick Hearst) dreams about Liz, so she probably finds him tied up…in his mind. Sorry Ric. No rescue for you.
