GH Spoilers Weekly Update: Distressing Situations and Feelings Escalate

GH Spoilers Weekly Recap

Just to really drive the wedge deeper into Carly Corinthos’s heart, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) tells her that she could have had Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in Nixon Falls, and that even now, Sonny is hers for the taking. Deep down in her heart of hearts, Carly believes what Nina is saying is true.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) demanded to know the truth from his dad, but Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) wasn’t as willing to give up the info Curtis was hoping to hear. If only Marshall would tell him the name of the mobster he ran into trouble with… then Curtis could help.

Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) doubles down on his promise that the only way he’ll reconcile with his father, is if he dumps Ava Cassadine (Maura West). But Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is never going to do that.

The General Hospital Week Ahead

Everyone in Port Charles gathers together at The Haunted Star in order to say goodbye to their beloved Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary). You can expect Barbara Jean ‘Bobbie’ Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman), and her daughter, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to be in attendance.

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) wonders if her bestie will come through on a big ask she has. Nina, can you pretty please get Sonny to pressure Selina Wu (Lydia Look) to back off of Brad Cooper (Parry Shen)? Even if Nina could convince Sonny of that, she isn’t wanting to press her luck.

After the rejection, Britt decides to go directly to the source to ask her favor, but when she calls the Corinthos home, she hears truly shocking news. Sonny has moved out! It doesn’t take long for Nina to hear the news herself. She worries, but fully expects, Carly to be on a rampage now. And Nina will be her first stop.

There isn’t a lot of downtime when you live the life of a mobster. So, is it surprising to hear that a new threat is coming to Port Charles? Not all that unexpected, but it is always nice to be prepared. This is why Sonny is grateful he gets a heads-up from his trusted associate Brick (Stephen A. Smith) who is back on the scene this week.
