GH spoilers for Thursday, October 21, 2021, reveal a connection, an idea, concern, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a dramatic moment of this new episode.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) meet to discuss Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola). While he was ‘dead,’ she had full custody; she let Carly Corinthos take care of her when she was in danger. Now she’s not. Ava tells him she doesn’t think this current arrangement is what’s best anymore. Will he channel Mike — or more his Sonny side in dealing with her?
One thing Sonny will definitely do is connect with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). His nephew terrorized his daughter, after all. But Sonny won’t be the only one to check on the young stalker. Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) also sees Spencer and tells him he wouldn’t be there if he’d given up on him. But is he ready to help his son out of his legal trouble?
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) may find herself in some legal trouble herself if Michael Corinthos Quartermaine (Chad Duell) has his way. But Nina doesn’t know that yet and reconnects with Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy). She tells Phyllis that she knows exactly where she stands with Sonny — and it’s not good. But then an idea dawns on Nina.
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) voices her concerns about Michael and his impulse to want to get revenge on Nina but she chooses the wrong person to confide in if she wants to see him talked down. She tells Carly (Laura Wright) she sees no reason to provoke a fight with Nina unless they absolutely have to. The chance of Carly wanting to talk Michael out of that is slim to none.
Monica (Leslie Charleson) advises Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) to make peace, but Austin says if the Quartermaines want to play dirty, bring it on. Chief among them of course is Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), who has been gunning for him from the beginning, and now Brook Lynn feels vindicated. She feels like she deserves a gold star for what she’s done.
Her father, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), doesn’t agree with her — or his wife. He tells Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), who is hellbent on believing that nothing could possibly be wrong with her son Leo, that he hears her but he just doesn’t agree with her. Will what he’s saying get through to Olivia — or will Leo suffer for her stubbornness?
