The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, October 20, 2021, features Michael tapping into his scheming Quartermaine roots, marital strife for Ned Quartermaine and Olivia Falconeri Quartermaine, and familial troubles for Elizabeth Webber Baldwin.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
When it comes time for the subject to be broached, Michael (Chad Duell) can honestly say that he didn’t lie to his beloved Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). When he said that he wouldn’t be firing Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) from Crimson, he meant it. And when he agreed that he wouldn’t make any decisions regarding Nina’s access to Wiley without Willow’s OK, he did so in good faith.
Not once in that entire conversation did he promise not to have Nina prosecuted for what she did to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) down in Nixon Falls…something that he intends to do with a vengeance! (But what exactly can Nina be tried for? Breaking a Good Samaritan law?)
Speaking of Sonny, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) rushed over to fill him and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) in on all the shenanigans unfolding in Crete – because God forbid these two not be involved in a storyline – and of his decision to insert himself into the action. Carly wasn’t at all pleased. How dare Jason be assisting a woman that is not she?
GH Recap: Honey Don’t
Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) doesn’t want to hear any medical mumbo jumbo in relation to ultra-perfect, ultra-unique little Leo – and she sure as hell doesn’t want to hear about Ned’s concerns. As for Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth), fuggedaboutit!
General Hospital Recap: Strained Relations
Wonder of wonders! Jeff Webber finally remembered that he had a daughter, and placed a call to find out how she was doing. But in light of his failures as a father, he had to place said call to Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) – who promptly informed him that she was no go-between. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) did not thank Terry for passing on the incident.
Opposite this, Creepy McCreeperson (Robert Gossett) set his sights on TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and got a free checkup to boot. Hey, this stalker thing has its perks!
