GH Spoilers For December 23: Pressure Builds As Nina’s Hearing Begins

GH Spoilers Highlights

Nina Reeves’s (Cynthia Watros) preliminary hearing begins. She has a lot riding on the outcome — especially her freedom. One way she could get out of it would be if Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) were to come clean about not wanting to find his past life because he was happy with Nina — but that would put Nina in a whole other type of prison.

Prison is not for her niece, not one night, so needless to say, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) pressures Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) to come through for them. Scott would like nothing more than to expose Sonny’s secret Nixon Falls life so that he could knock him down a peg or four — and he will try, asking him why he didn’t press charges. Elsewhere, Liesl runs into Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), who warns her not to get in his way.

General Hospital Spoilers: Ah, Romance

While Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) have been getting a lot closer since they started dating, they have yet to take that relationship to the next level. Well, considering what GH spoilers are revealing, that the twosome gets interrupted, it looks like that won’t be changing anytime soon. Neither will Joss’s opinion of Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), no matter how much Cam sticks up for her.

Things aren’t progressing much further for Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and her secret (is it really a secret?!) crush on Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). Spencer tells her he wishes he could see himself the way she does. He sure could use her comfort now that his Great Uncle Victor has arranged for him to spend a month in jail.

General Hospital: Reaching Out

It’s a good bet that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) isn’t thrilled with that swell arrangement his uncle has made for his son. Sure, it’s partly Nikolas’s fault that Spencer is in this trouble, considering what a great job he has done raising his son to think that playing a stalker to scare him away from Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) was a good idea.

But that didn’t mean he wanted him to do jail time. To that end, Nikolas has a breakfast meeting at the Metro Court restaurant with his mother. Will she be able to do anything about Victor’s latest arrangement? Or will she feel that Spencer does need to learn about consequences?
