GH spoilers for Monday, December 19, 2022, reveal plans gone awry, new life decisions, family questions, and so much more. You won’t want to miss an emotional moment of this new episode.
With pregnant Rapunzel still locked in her tower with her Charlie Brown Christmas tree, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) have to figure out what to do next. Since The Hook has struck again, Nikolas and Elizabeth realize that they haven’t been saving Port Charles from a serial killer after all, and Liz wants to know what to do next as GH spoilers say she and Nik butt heads.
With Nikolas all in on Elizabeth’s fake pregnancy big lie, he might not want to call that off just yet. After all, they have come this far and if they release Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) now, they could both end up in jail. Plus, even Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) now thinks Elizabeth is carrying a Cassadine heir, so we guess they have to follow through with it all, right?
Meanwhile, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) is still a hot mess after Nikolas’s latest revelations, prompting Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to check in on her and make her promise she will not do anything she’ll come to regret.

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is back for more info from Denise McKenzie (Alex Reitveld), and this time he wants to know about Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) bio dad. Since Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) already paid her off, it’s a sure bet that Drew won’t get anywhere.
To that end, he decides to turn to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and ask her what else she knows about Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel). When Alexis hears that name, she says she is all ears and will help in any way she can. Was Carly counting on this? Probably not.
As for Willow, she ends up at the hospital with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and he is still not sure that her plan to hide her cancer is a good idea. Ya think?
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) still thinks she has a shot with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), and he will forgive her for all her many sins, but Chase doesn’t even want to hear what she has to say.
When she finds him at the boxing gym, Brook Lynn is still living in a delusional world and wants to talk about his singing career. Chase then tells her he doesn’t want her involved in that anymore and will do whatever it takes to make sure there is no more connection between them.
