GH Spoilers For December 16: Anna Is Ready To Lose Her Mind

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has been on the run for well over a month now and has gone from a safehouse near Port Charles to a manor in Ireland, and then somewhere else mysterious, but at least she has Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) by her side this time.

The problem is she feels trapped and frustrated because they are no closer to clearing her name and bringing Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) down than they were when Lucy Coe was first allegedly shot. While Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) could speed this along with the knowledge he has from Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), he hasn’t done much, so it’s up to Valentin to fix this mess. To that end, he reassures an impatient Anna that this will all be over soon, and she can go home a free woman.

General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Is In Shock

While Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) tries to calm her down and see what Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) knows about the latest Hook attack, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is devastated and is not sure what to do. She was going to break up with Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse), and now he is gone after once again telling her how he feels.

Meanwhile, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) look on helplessly, but Cameron wants to have a private talk with someone after all the drama that went on for the last few hours. Is he going to try to talk Spencer into staying in town or ask Josslyn what is really going on between her and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer)?

General Hospital: Does Elizabeth Think Esme Escaped?

Seeing Rory gets hooked causes Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) to fear that she and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) have not locked The Hook in a tower after all or Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) can get in and out of her little castle prison. She calls Nikolas and tries to warn him that he may be walking into danger when he goes home, but does she reach him?

Nikolas is very busy telling his mother his woes in the vaguest and most cryptic way possible, and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is not sure what to make of what her hot mess of a son is trying to tell her. We do know that Spencer comes up in the conversation, and Laura defends him.

Finally, Ava Jerome Soon-To-No-Longer-Be Cassadine (Maura West) is still reeling to learn that her husband cheated and got another woman pregnant, but she thinks that the pregnant woman is Elizabeth. As Victor tells her to put her marriage behind her, Ava plots a revenge scheme and calls up a friend to help make her plot come to fruition.
