Carly (Laura Wright) refuses to back down with Jason (Steve Burton) — she regrets nothing that she’s done. Not only that, she informs her BFF they needed leverage and now they have it. Uh oh — he knows that must spell trouble and wants to know exactly what she has done so he can figure out how it will end up blowing back on him.

He isn’t wrong. Cyrus (Jeff Kober) is burning mad after finding out that his mother is gone and confronts someone about it — accusing them of being behind it. While spoilers reveal that he confronts Jason, it could be his newly-discovered half-sister Laura. So, which one does he truly blame?

Laura Takes Action

Laura (Genie Francis) doesn’t care how scary Cyrus is and remains determined to take him down. To that end, she digs deeper into Martin’s (Michael E. Knight) relationship with their brother. She asks him to give her leverage that can be used against him. While Martin isn’t thrilled by Cyrus, will he really side with Laura against him?

Jax (Ingo Rademacher) is nervous about the possible war that could erupt over Sonny’s territory, especially with his daughter living at Sonny’s house. He contemplates taking Joss (Eden McCoy) far away from the mess, whether she likes it or not but he’s surprised by Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) advice. Does she agree — or think it’s a huge mistake?

Portia Calls In A Favor

Portia (Brook Kerr) takes Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) to task for all of the pain she has caused not only Trina (Sydney Mikayla) but also Curtis (Donnell Turner). But in true fashion, Portia then asks for a favor — she wants to speak with Marcus before he’s released. Will Jordan be in any mood after that to be helpful?

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) sees Ava (Maura West) and the two briefly discuss the loss of Julian before Alexis asks her former sister-in-law if she’s fallen in love with her nephew! Later, Ava and Nik (Marcus Coloma) have a fight at Charlie’s, where she believes she has a right to something — could that something be mourning the man who hurt his sister?
